Hisense Warranty Repairs.

You must speak to Hisense before either contacting me or simply bringing a unit in.  They'll create a Service Order number, then they'll email me the Service Order with your details.  I'll contact you then to arrannge a time to either do a Service Call (if In-Home repair is allowed) or to have you bring the unit in.  I must see the purchase reciept either on the Call Out or when you bring the unit in.  If no reciept is provided I have to treat the repair as COD and bill you, as Hisense won't pay me for the repair.

Autherised to Repair
As an Autherised Service Centre I can repair the following Under Warranty Products.  All products marked "In-Home" can either be done in your home or in my workshop, so if you rather bring the unit into the workshop that is fine.  Products marked "Workshop Only" are just that, Hisense won't pay for "In-Home" service on that product.  If a product is marked "Inspect" and nothing is next to it, then I'm required by Hisense to inspect the unit and make a report to them.  If there is "RCO" after the "Inspect" it means I'm to inspect the unit and if it's guenuinely faulty I'll write a report for you, as you the end user have to go back to the Retail Store to get a Retail Change Over.
